As governor I intend to implement the Theory of Constraints (TOC) into each and every department within the state government. This will streamline the efficiency of each department with a goal of a 25% minimum improvement. I will encourage our local governments and health care providers to do the same.

My name is Brent Maupin. In the following I am going to show you how we can put an end to all shootings, sex trafficking, pornography and all other types of crime. I am also going to show how we can better manage our water resources and other problems like the overwhelming homeless problem.
Welcome
I was born and raised in Redding, California, and am a fifth generation Californian. I have a deep and never-ending love for all of California. As a licensed Civil Engineer, Architect and, for many years, a licensed contractor in California, I have worked on projects up and down the state, as well as many projects in neighboring states, including Arizona where I lived prior to relocating back to California. I have the critical thinking skills for what it takes to Get California Back! For far too long California has slid into a state of chaos, crime and sex trafficking, rather than one of rational thinking, economic success, and safety for our citizens. In the California that I knew when I was young there were no school shootings or mass shootings. There was no rampant obesity and the food we ate was not filled with PFAS (forever chemicals). These are just some of the problems that California is facing. With your support we can start to Get California Back!

Too often we base what we perceive as our reality with what we see on the news or what we are told by those around us, like our parents and teachers. Our parents, of course, play a very important role, and so can our teachers. But the news we see on television? That has turned into a different story. California has been going downhill for far too long. However, that is all about to change. I have experienced that when we change the way we think, to that of a greater reality, we can have an influence on our perceived reality. There is a Greek word "Phantasia". It means that when we use our imagination we create an image in our minds. We then use the Hebrew word "Yetzirah" (often spelled Yetzer). It means to conceive an idea from our imagination and bring it into our physical reality.
This is exactly what we can do, to use our "Phantasia" along with our "Yetsirah" to bring about the paradigm shift that California desperately needs. This is especially true when we receive a calling from God to do so. An important part of this is to become far more aware of the universe around us and our role in it. In my book, The Freeing of One Billion Souls, I tell of one such experience. As Governor of California, I hope to tell many, many more stories. Stories about supernatural healings, drastically reduced crime, and ultimately a story of making all of Californias' cities the safest and most economically successful of all the cities within the United States.
In addition to the above, whether they know it or not, individuals such as Elon Musk, Sam Altman and Bill Gates use their Yetzer each time they publicly comment on AI and how they think it will impact the future of the planet. In the below letter I teamed up with fellow candidate Lukasz Filinski to make our concerns known as to how these three men are in fact painting a picture of a soulless population in their recent publicized statements. This is just one example of how using our Yetzer does have an impact on our future.

Attention: Elon Musk, Sam Altman and Bill Gates
Gentlemen,
We write to you with deep respect for your remarkable achievements and your ability to strongly influence the future.
As fellow citizens, we feel compelled to share a serious concern. While your recent public comments about AI focus on abundance and eliminating work, we believe this vision misses something vital.
You possess a wonderful creative gift, what the ancients called the Yetzer. This God-given ability to imagine and bring new realities into existence is very powerful. We are concerned that this power is currently being used to envision a future that leaves out God, meaning, and humanity’s deeper purpose.
We believe AI should be a tool that helps people fulfill their calling, whether as doctors, designers, engineers, or creators: rather than replacing their reason for being. A future without spiritual awareness risks becoming cold and hollow, no matter how materially abundant it appears.
We respectfully urge you to consider a different path, one that seriously addresses the spiritual and moral dimensions of the world you are helping to create.

Miracles for California
It's time for a paradigm shift, or what I sometimes call a dimensional shift, here in the state of California. It is time to change the way we think. This will in fact set the stage to put an end to all school shootings, mass shootings, sex trafficking and all other crime. In Hebrews 11:1 in the Bible faith is defined as that which is hoped for but not yet seen. I have faith that God is directing us to get California back! I have faith that all law-abiding citizens want to end crime in the great state of California. I have Hope that we can all get in touch with our soul and our spirit and together make this happen. In the Old Testament God, through the prophet Zephaniah when speaking to the Jewish people living in sin in Jerusalem, spoke that all sin will be removed from the face of the planet. It is now time that this prophesy be fulfilled, starting right here in California. This will occur by implementation of the Divine Law of the universe.
Each person can have a role simply by engaging in dialogue about such a possibility. Simply state that the coming of the Kingdom of God has been initiated. Accordingly, the darkness is being removed. Upon the completion of this process all sin comes to an end. We will have a new way of life. Transitional Housing for the Homeless
In the below you will see how we can reverse the homeless problem. My plan is to then use land and existing buildings identified by the Surplus Land Act, and lease private buildings such as older hotels, to build or remodel up to 100,000 housing units. This will give the homeless a place to live as they transition back into society. Instead of dumping billions of dollars into failed programs we will:
Year 1) Provide grant money to local municipalities to do a feasibility study on their Surplus Land and Buildings and Underutilized Older Hotels to determine if building transitional housing is practical.
Year 2) Provide grant money to draw preliminary plans for housing developments on sites determined to be feasible for such use.
Year 3) Engage developers to complete the plans for economical design and submit for permits and start construction.
Years 4 & 5) Complete the buildout up to 100,000 units.
Subliminal Messages & the Homeless Problem
Have you ever asked yourself why has the homeless problem in California gotten so far out of control? I have, and the answer I got was eye opening. In the next video I describe how subliminal messages of "Death to America" chants from various countries around the world has impacted our most vulnerable citizens.
Subliminal messages of "Death to America" do have an impact.
We can cancel the effect by simply becoming aware of the source. After doing so I intend to have a five-county trial program and bring in portable toilets, dumpsters and needle disposal containers to specified homeless camps. This will give those people an opportunity to help keep their camps clean while we transition out of the current state of affairs.
The Center for World Transformation Through the Arts
Yes, world transformation can take place through self-expression, when in alignment with our spirit. This is what we have seen with Mozart, Chopin and Picasso. I helped create The Center for World Transformation Through the Arts. The first independently run facility opened in the summer of 2025 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There, all walks of people are invited to participate in transformative self-expression. Whether it be through music, acting, painting or dance. It is important that our elected leaders understand the role that the Arts play in our society.
